23 vs 16

"Can you push the door open for me young lady?" the man in the wheelchair said.

Of course I did but like always he thought I was a lot younger than I was. This happens often.

Seeing the shock on people's faces when I tell them that I'm 23 vs being 16 is always a joy. :)

Many tell me that it's good to look young at this age but it can also be very annoying because some think that they can treat you any kind of way.

Anyone that knows me knows that is not the case and respect is demanded because respect is given.

So the next time someone asks me how old I am I will smile gladly as I say 23 vs 16.
